Behind the name

Hi! We’re Dylan & Emily, the husband-and-wife team behind Dandy Coffee.

Dandy actually started long before the coffee cart.

The name Dandy has been part of our story from the very beginning. When we were in middle school, we started our first business together, a small car detailing business. We called it DandE, using the first initials of our names, Dylan and Emily. Over time, DandE simply became Dandy. When we decided to start our coffee business, bringing that name with us felt like the perfect way to carry a piece of where we started into what we’re building today.

What started as two kids washing and detailing cars has grown into a dream of building something together, this time, with coffee and hospitality at the center.

And that’s how Dandy Coffee came to be.

why we do what we do

We believe coffee is about more than what’s in the cup (although that is very important). It’s the conversations that happen over a cup, the celebrations it becomes a part of, the little moments of joy in the middle of a busy day, and the people who gather around it.

Our mission is to create meaningful moments through exceptional coffee and genuine hospitality, serving every guest with care, joy, and excellence while staying rooted in our faith.

We want Dandy to be more than just a coffee cart. We want it to be something that brings people together and adds a little extra joy to the moments that matter.

Whether we’re serving at a wedding, shower, corporate event, church gathering, or a simple get-together, it’s our goal to make every person feel welcomed, cared for, and served well.

What began as a middle-school business dream has grown into something we’re incredibly grateful to build together.
