We price our packages based on the number of guests and the length of your event. Fill out our quote form to receive an exact price based on your event’s needs.

Absolutely! We’re happy to serve outdoors and, depending on your event needs, can bring a generator and/or tent for your setup.

We serve Northern Colorado and the greater Denver area. You’ll find us catering events in Thornton, Westminster, Broomfield, Lafayette, Loveland, Greeley, Fort Collins, Boulder, and beyond!

Not yet! That’s the goal, and every booking helps us get one step closer. For now, our operations are based in Thornton, Colorado, and we bring Dandy Coffee directly to you.

We need a level 5’x5’ space, access to two 110V outlets, and a space that’s accessible by wheels so we can get our cart into place. We’ll also need a day-of point of contact to show us where to set up.

We serve a variety of coffee and specialty drinks, including espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, loose-leaf teas, matcha, and more. We also offer house-made syrups like vanilla, mocha, and seasonal specialties.

We cater weddings, parties, corporate events, staff meetings, open houses, private gatherings, festivals, and all kinds of celebrations that could use something a little extra special!

Yes, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date.

Simply fill out our quote form, and we’ll send you a personalized quote based on your event details. Once you’re ready to book, you’ll complete our booking form and pay your deposit to officially secure your date.

Yes! We have a $600 minimum for all events, not including discounts. This covers the basic costs of your event, including baristas, equipment, travel, coffee beans, cups and lids, milks (including alternative options), and our house-made syrups.
